  • Within 30 Days of Purchase
    If your item is faulty or malfunctions within 30 days of purchase, we’ll assist in line with the manufacturer’s warranty. Masibambisane will cover all courier costs related to the return.
  • After 30 Days
    Should a fault occur beyond 30 days, we’ll still assist under the terms of the manufacturer’s warranty. In these cases, return courier costs will be your responsibility.

  • Unwanted or Incorrectly Ordered (Within 14 Days)
    If you’ve ordered the wrong item or no longer want it, you may return it within 14 days—provided it’s unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. A 15% handling fee and courier charges will apply.
  • Incorrectly Delivered Items (Within 14 Days)
    If we’ve sent you the wrong product, let us know within 14 days. We’ll collect the incorrect item and deliver the correct one at no cost to you. For quicker resolution, please check your delivery upon arrival and reject incorrect goods when possible.

Some items cannot be returned under any circumstances:

  • Opened or downloaded software
  • Perishable items (e.g. batteries)
  • Special order, built-to-order or custom-configured products
  • Clearance items marked as Top Deals

Once your request is logged, one of our agents will guide you through the process. Ensure your item is returned in its original packaging, with all accessories and documentation included.

Courier costs for returns after 30 days or incorrect orders will vary depending on the item and your location.

After your return is received and inspected (either by us or the manufacturer), we’ll notify you of the outcome. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that processing times may depend on your bank or payment provider.

If your item is defective or damaged on delivery, we’ll exchange it for the same item. Contact us through the information below.
